Our group is responsible for providing collaborative project management leadership for Cornell's medium and large capital building projects. Working closely with the University Architects Office and Campus Planning Office, we engage early in the development of a project. We provide single point of contact for our clients in development of project requirements, needs, budget and schedules. We are responsible to our clients for delivering programmatically sound projects within budget and on schedule.
